A visible dissemination tool construction and publication was missing – Portugal has created a Facebook page for TRALSUD giving access to all partners involved
October 2012:
- Logo conception, production and delivery to all partners, after different proposals submission within the group;
- Our Organization definition for the Project achievements – Integrated approach using permaculture and organic agriculture as a mean to collect data during local events, to apply questionnaires and gather information;
- Contact local folk groups to join the project and selection of interest;
- Inscription on Aleksandras Stulginskis University Moodle plataform to start data collection and forum meetings;
- Inscription on Facebook group to join other partners and debate project related issues.
November 2012:
- Activities related to the use of water: Permaculture Sessions for discussion on water collection, infiltration and irrigation, mulching techniques, chemical pollution, water treatment and Hydroponic Workshops to learn how to install organic hydroponic systems for domestic purposes with minimum water consumption;
- 1st Local Meeting – Project presentation to local partners, associates and population
- Conception of Local Questionnaires with an integrated vision to be tested within the organization – “Are you sustainable? for further application within learning activities.
January 2013:
- Local meetings with Municipal authorities and partners to organize TRALSUD Seminar during May;
- 2nd Local Meeting to present Lithuania Mobility results and to discuss Seminar Program definition;
- Seminar Proposal to TRALSUD partners about 2nd International Meeting in May – dates, activities, itineraries, participants, contributions.
February 2013:
- Meetings with Local Schools – Invitation to participate in Inter-generational Interviews;
- Beginning of Inventory about artisanal and crafts professionals, Local gastronomic agents (traditional or recovered practices) and Folk culture.
March-April 2013:
- Activities related to the use of earth and food management: Permaculture Sessions for discussion about soil management; Mushroom Production workshops for domestic purposes and complement for soil improvement and agriculture energetics usage, Hydroponic Workshop for domestic food production and Canning sessions to preserve vegetables;
- Survey about Sustainable Practices;
- Reprogramming TRALSUD Seminar – changing location and activities from Cadaval to Bombarral, due to logistic and support guaranty from local authorities;
- TRALSUD Seminar (2nd Mobility in Portugal) - Dissemination tools conception, production and deliverance to Media, Associates, Local partners, general public; Brochures and Merchandise products conception and production;
- Accommodation, transport and Activities final Program;
- 3rd International Meeting preparation – Local meeting with potential participants and travel confirmations.
May 2013:
- Final arrangements for the 2nd International Meeting – TRALSUD Seminar
- Event divulgation (web site and Facebook, local press, partners and learners network)
- TRALSUD Seminar and International Meeting implementation and non-formal evaluation
